How to Order
Your personalised book, step by step.

Send Your Child's Details
Send us your child's name together with 3 clear, recent photos.
For the best character result, photos should be:
- In good lighting
- Front-facing
- Fairly close-up
- Clear enough to see the child's facial features
- No heavy filters or editing
For boys: let us know whether you would like your child to wear a kippah and tzitzit throughout the book.
Clothing Guidelines
In keeping with the values of Little Lights Books, we kindly ask that photos submitted for girls show modest clothing. Please keep in mind that clothing from the reference photos may be recreated in some scenes of the book.
If needed, clothing may be adjusted in the illustrations to maintain the modest style and values of Little Lights Books.
Please note: Your child's clothing may be recreated in certain scenes depending on the book selected.

Pay Your 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms the order and allows us to begin creating the personalised character.
The Digital Edition is paid in full up front, so there is no second payment.

Review Their Character
The child's personalised illustrated character will normally be sent for review within approximately 12 hours.
We will not begin creating the full book until the character has been approved.
04
Approve & Complete Payment
Once you approve the character, the remaining 50% balance is paid. The book then officially goes into production.
05
Their Book Comes to Life
Please allow up to 10 business days for the personalised book to be created, printed and delivered.
The 10-business-day timeframe begins once the character has been approved and final payment has been received.
