Personalised Orders
Every book is made individually for one child. Customers must ensure that names, photographs and all personalisation details are correct before production begins.
Payment & Approval
For printed books (Softcover and Hardcover) a 50% deposit is required to create the character, and the remaining 50% is due after character approval and before production. The Digital Edition is payable in full up front.
Production
Please allow up to 10 business days after final approval and payment for the book to be created, printed and delivered.
Changes & Cancellations
Once the character has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer law.
Printing
Minor colour differences between digital previews and printed books may occur.
Privacy
Photographs and personal information are used to fulfil the order and will not be used for advertising or social media without separate permission.
By placing an order you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorised to provide the photographs used to create the personalised book.
