To create a personalised book we may collect the following information:

• Names (the child's name and the parent or guardian's name)
• Contact information (mobile or WhatsApp number and email address)
• Delivery information (address, suburb, city, province, postal code and country)
• Child photographs provided for character creation
• Personalisation preferences (book selection, appearance or clothing choices, and dedication)

Why We Collect It

This information is collected to fulfil personalised orders. We use it to create the illustrated character, produce and print the book, arrange delivery and communicating with you about your order.

Your Child's Photographs

Children's photographs will not be published, shared on social media or used for advertising without separate permission from the parent or guardian.

Uploaded photographs are stored privately and are used only as reference material for creating your child's character.

Sharing

Information may be shared with the service providers needed to complete your order, such as printing and delivery partners, and only to the extent required to fulfil the order.

Marketing Cookies (Meta)

Unless you switch it off, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta's standard measurement tool for Facebook and Instagram adverts). It sets Meta cookies in your browser and tells Meta about visits to our public pages (including the page address, such as the book page you viewed), that an order form was started, and that an order was submitted. We do not send your child's name, age, photographs, dedication or appearance choices, or your contact, delivery or payment details. It is never loaded on private pages such as order recovery links or our team area. You can switch it off, or back on, at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Retention & Access

Order information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil and support your order. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you and your child.
